    It was funny to see your post because I am just working on a book cover of poems : I’ve drawn a kind of Apollinaire’s heart-shaped face, with his hat on, and types in his face : apostrophes for mustaches and the word ”Je” on nose and cheek ! That’s why I thought at once of Apollinaire when I read ”moustaches, hats and types” !!

    PS : I had already drawn another Apollinaire (whom I like, you guessed) for a magazine of poetry : http://fredsochard.com/planches/apollinaire/
    (with hat and types but no mustache, sorry !)
