Today I went into town with a friend for an inspirational gathering. We went by bike (!) since the subway doesn´t work because of the snow. It was a talk about inspiration with e.g. textildesigners from a car company, an interior designer and a musician. It was fun to listen to and the thoughts from the podium was applicable on any creative proffession. On the way back we looked into some second hand stores of course and I found a litte plate and a book with a nice old cover.

It is -22°C (-7.6 Fahrenheit) in Stockholm today. I´m staying inside, dreaming about swinging in a tree a lukewarm summer evening.

I wonder where my air hostess is going.. Barcelona? Provence? Thailand? Aaargh…
It´s a massive snowfall all over Sweden this weekend. My husband is out sweeping snow. Later on he will go to the indoor swimming pool with my youngest son who is practising swimming and wants to get a swimming badge (you get different badges depending on what you achieve). I love this yellow one and hope he gets one. I told him to ask for two so I can get one aswell:-). It has looked the same since I was child learning to swim. Now: painting figures by the kitchen table.
