Nature´s calling

Now I´m leaving for our summerhouse. If I had to choose I´m a citygirl, I think that we will move back to town when the kids are older (it sounds like we live far out, it´s only 3 km to Stockholm from our house:-) but right now I REALLY look forward to get out to the countryside. To pick flowers, take a morning bath and smell the evening. And listen to the animals.

I know I´ve showed this pattern before but I got my bag from Leila the other day. And last summer we had an owl in tree outside the house. I have one in my bookshelf. HAVE A NICE SUMMER! As I said before, I will post now and the but will be back on a daily basis after the summer.

A rerun

Last year I did these illustrations before going on vacation and I realize that nothing has changed. I want to do the exact same things this summer. In a couple of days I´m going away for the summer. I´m going to post on my blog now end then; when I have found something fun on a flea market or want to show something else that inspires me. But it will not be on a daily basis, it doesn´t happen that much on the countryside. But later on we´re going to Provence, I´m really looking forward to that.

Guess what? I managed to sneak away half an hour from the class trip (we were several parents so I´m not irresponsible:-) and found TWO second hand stores in the small town where we were.

I know the timing isn´t right (the kids went on summer holidays today) but I got my Christmas cards I´ve done for Lagom today. They will start selling them in October/November. By the way, I´m going away on a class trip for a couple days now so see you soon.
